As Real Estate Manager, Ms. Miller manages each shopping center with an asset management approach by handling the day-to-day operations while increasing income and enhancing value. She has over 17 years of management experience and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License, is a Notary Public and has obtained multiple industry designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

As Vice President of GTS REALTY, Mr. Siegel is responsible
for the overall performance of the property, enhancing the asset’s value through strategic planning, operational efficiency, attractive tenant mix and proper positioning. His extensive experience spans over 30 years in the industry and he holds a Real Estate Broker License in both California and Nevada and has obtained multiple industry designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
